I'm looking forward to connecting with you as you explore Roanoke College. I attended college in the Roanoke Valley myself, and there's so much that I love about the area and our local community! There's something for everyone in Roanoke and Salem: sporting events, outdoor recreation opportunities, performing arts experiences, fascinating museums, busy farmers markets, and festivals small and large. You're bound to find something new to try, on and off campus!
When I'm not working on campus or traveling across Virginia to meet students in their hometowns, I enjoy spending time hiking, backpacking, and kayaking along the beautiful trails and waterways found in our region. My spouse and I have three dogs who like to tag along for outdoor adventures, too.
What I love most about being an admissions counselor is learning more about what makes each student unique - everyone has their own niche interests, skills, or ambitions, and I can't wait to learn more about yours.
